Beschreibung der STENHØJ Räummaschine
Grundmaschine
- Das Gestell sowie die Druck- und Ziehbrücke ist eine für die Kraftübertragung äußerst stabil ausgelegte Stahlkonstruktion.
- Die Führung der Druck- und Ziehbrücke erfolgt durch zwei Planetenumlaufspindeln, zwei großzügig dimensionierten Kugelschienen- Führungen und vier Führungswagen.
Optimale Stabilität und Steifigkeit ist damit gewährleistet.
- Das Räumwerkzeug wird an beiden Enden in hydraulisch bestätigten Spannzangen festgehalten. Dadurch ist eine sehr stabile und Schwingungsdämpfende Führung während des Räumhubes gewährleistet.
- Das Werkstück wird mit dem Zwei-Positionen Tisch automatisch in die Räumposition und wieder zurück in die Ladeposition gefördert.
- Verkleidung des Arbeitsraumes der Maschine mit zwei Wartungstüren und einer automatischen Bedienungshubtür.
Späne Entsorgung
- Das Kühlmittel wird in einer Filteranlage filtriert, damit das Werkzeug mit sauberen Kühlmittel gekühlt wird.
Dadurch werden die Standzeit des Werkzeuges und die Oberflächengüte des Werkstückes verbessert.
- Das Werkzeug wird mit einem speziellen Hochdruck- Abspritzsystem von Spänen befreit.
Gemäss den neuen europäischen Vorschriften hergestellt und CE gekennzeichnet.

Description of the STENHØJ Broaching Machine type SDZ Box-Model:
Standard machine
- The frame and the push- and pull-bridges are an extremely robust steel structure.
- The bridges are guided by two planetary roller spindles and a profi le rail guide system, two guide rails and four runner blocks. Optimum stability and rigidity is hereby guaranteed.
- The broaching tool is firmly clamped at both ends by hydraulically activated collet chucks and is hereby guided throughout the entire broaching stroke. This prevents the tool from vibrating.
- The shuttle table will automatically transport the work piece between the broaching and loading positions.
- The working area of the machine is covered by two maintenance doors and one automatically operated front cover.
Removal of Chips
- The cooling/lubricating liquid is cleaned in a fi ltering unit, resulting in improved tool life time and surface quality of the work piece.
- The tool is cleaned from chips with a special highpressure spray system.
