Beschreibung
- Stabile, geschweißte Stahlkonstruktion.
- Die Führung der Brücke erfolgt durch zwei Kugelumlaufspindeln und ein zweisäuliges Führungssystem.
Stabilität und Steifigkeit ist damit gewährleistet.
- Das Räumwerkzeug wird sowohl an den Schaft mechanisch festgehalten als an den Endstück geführt.
- Verkleidung des Arbeitsraumes der Maschine mit zwei Wartungstüren und einer manuellen Bedienungshubtür.
- Ein Filtrierungs- und Pumpenmodul für das Kühl- und Schmiermittel ist im Maschinenfuss integriert.
- Späne werden problemlos von der eingebauten Kassette entsorgt.

- Zwei-positionen Tisch für Transport des Werkzeuges im Räumposition und be-/entladen.

Description
- Robust, welded steel structure.
- The bridge is guided by two ball screws and a two shaft guiding system.
Stability and rigidity is hereby guaranteed.
- The broaching tool is mechanically clamped at its pull end and simultaneously guided
at its tail end.
- The working area of the machine is covered by two maintenance doors, and one manually operated front cover.
- A filtering and pump module for cooling/lubricating liquid is integrated in the machine base.
Chips are easily removed from a built-in cassette.
